Jim and Renee Minter - Owners
On any given weekend you may find Jim and Renee and their German Shorthair Pointer, Roxy, enjoying all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.  They love to hike, ski, fly fish and hunt.  Jim and Renee moved to Colorado in 1996 and have never looked back.  Renee has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, working in several different areas including investment banking.  Renee brings her banking expertise to C.C.S. on a daily basis.  Jim earned his degree in marketing and management and has 30 years of experience with a fortune 50 company in the construction industry including several as a senior manager. Jim and Renee’s ability to listen to the customer and put the customer’s needs first are unmatched. They are honored and privileged to be a part of the C.C.S. team and look forward to promptly, professionally, and thoroughly taking care of your needs and your home and property.

Tom and Terri Furmanski - Owners
While it is true that Tom and Terri are huge college football fans and are eager to break down Saturday’s game with anyone who is interested, they also bring unique skills to the restoration business. Terri spends the majority of her time in the front office, but she is also an interior designer by profession and an associate member of the Associated Society of Interior Design. Tom has years of experience in the building materials industry, and can finally use his chemistry degree fighting mold! Tom and Terri, as well as all of the CCS team, place customer service as their number
one priority and love working with people.

Dave Conn - Senior Project Manager
Dave, a native of Colorado and spent four years in the Marine Corps before becoming a certified Project Manager with CCS. Dave specializes in mold remediation, basement drainage systems and reconstructive services. Dave also is a certified Asbestos Abatement supervisor and has many additional responsibilities as the Senior Project Manager at C.C.S.

Phil Ast - Project Manager
Phil specializes in Water Damage, Fire Jobs, Odor Removal and Trauma Scene Cleanup projects. He has been certified in each of these areas. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and climbing 14,000

Ramon Rodriguez - Project Manager
Ramon began his career with CCS in 2005. His attention to detail and customer focus is outstanding. Ramon is certified and specializes in Mold Remediation, Water Restoration and HVAC Cleaning.

Rob Roussel - Project Manager
Rob began his career in our industry in 2002. He worked with an Industrial Hygienist for 4 years before coming to C.C.S. Rob is certified in Asbestos Abatement, Mold Remediation and Water Damage Restoration. Away from work Rob
